Cambridge Design Partnership, last year’s Design Collaboration winner, expands its team
Technology and product development consultancy Cambridge Design Partnership (CDP) has expanded its in-house team to 36 people.
The company, which won the Design Collaboration Award at last year’s Innovation & Design Excellence Awards, has added four members of staff.
They are (clockwise from top left): industrial designer Matt Corrall; senior electronics engineer Andy Fogg; mechanical engineer Sarah Wilson; and electronics engineer Carol Lo.
Meanwhile, more speakers have been confirmed for this year’s Innovation Conference. Paul Pankhurst – chairman of overall winner PDD – and colleague Julie Jensen Bennett will talk about ‘Using in-depth research to enhance product design’.
Other confirmed speakers include Altro (on how it re-introduced an innovation culture), Crowcon (on the use of platform technology to shrink design lead times) and Cranfield School of Management (on the challenge of creating an innovative environment).
The Innovation Conference takes place at the Woodland Grange Hotel in Leamington Spa on 14 May 2008.
