According to ARRK, the new Huntsman SL 7870 material offers a glass-like appearance along with sturdy component strength and an ABS-like performance. The material is also said to be dimensionally stable in a humid environment.

Craig Vickers, managing director for ARRK's RP division, said: "The wide range of materials we have on offer, through our fleet of 12 SLA machines, allows us to find the most appropriate material for our clients' needs. Whether you need a model built in a flexible material, a higher heat temperature resistance, an aesthetically pleasing and tough white resin, or a glass-like material, we have a resin to suit."
