 Simrit's Forseal range of PTFE U-packings is a range of piston rod seals and rod seals that can be pressurised on one side, are made of PTFE, and feature metallic pretension springs. PTFE's all-round properties mean that Forseal U-packings are highly resistant to aggressive media, thermal influences, friction, and wear. These seal rings seal both statically and dynamically at temperatures ranging from minus 200 °C to 260 °C. In the event of thermal expansion, optimum contact pressure is ensured.
