Nottingham based SMS Electronics is listed at number one in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 100 league table.
 The electronics manufacturing supplier is the UK's fastest growing privately owned company when it comes to export sales. The company's international sales have grown by 418% in the last two years and, according to sales & marketing director, Chris Hunt, SMS has consistently invested in equipment and development.
"This has enabled us to produce extremely complex and technically challenging products for our customers in the UK and internationally," he said. "At a time when people are quick to knock UK manufacturing this shows that UK companies have a great deal to offer. Our success is a tribute to our highly skilled and committed workforce whose flexibility and customer focus have made the company what it is today."
SMS Electronics provides manufacturing solutions from machine built fast prototypes through to full product build. These are shipped direct to end users with full lifecycle support to end of life WEEE disposal.
