Heidenhain has agreed to act as a headline sponsor of the Engineering Design Show.
 The company, which manufacturers measurement and control technology for demanding positioning tasks, joins Schaeffler UK, Altium and Premier EDA Solutions as headline sponsors, with other exhibitors including igus (UK), Henkel, Loctite, Rutland Plastics, Lee Spring and TFC.
Neil Prescott, managing director for Heidenhain UK, commented: "Many of the other exhibitions we attend are focused on the end user looking for completed systems or assemblies. The Engineering Design Show intrigued and attracted us because there had previously been no exhibition for those seeking to design from first principles and who need the products to allow them to do so.
"We believe that Heidenhain has a lot to offer the design market and that the Engineering Design Show is a great way to reach it."
