Gesipa Blind riveting systems ltd manufactures both standard as well as special rivet nut studs to best fit its customer applications. The standard range is produced in stud thread sizes M4 to M12 and stud length from 20-90 mm where maximum nut length can go up to 25mm.
 With applications accessible only from one side and materials where welding studs is not possible (e.g. aluminium) as welding may distort the base material, rivet nut studs have wide and varied application possibilities.
Currently being used in Automotive, Refrigeration plant, HVAC, securing panels and hoses and electrical components etc; rivet nut studs have huge potential in the aluminium extrusion market and various other applications that use thin metals.

During production at its facility in Keighley, every Gesipa® rivet nut stud is checked for short assembly, rivet nut length, stud length, crimp root diameter, crimp crest diameter, malformed crimp and rivet nut head diameter.
