Master Bond Supreme 10AOHT is a one component epoxy adhesive that features both high shear and high peel strength. This heat cured system offers optimal bonding performance up to 400°F as well as high thermal conductivity and enhanced electrical insulation properties.

Supreme 10AOHTMaster Bond Supreme 10AOHT represents a breakthrough in epoxy adhesive technology featuring a unique balance of performance properties for demanding bonding, sealing, coating and encapsulation applications. This one part epoxy exhibits both high shear and peel strengths of 1,500 psi and 5-10 pli, respectively. It also features exceptionally high thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation properties with a volume resistivity greater than 1012 ohm-cm at ambient temperatures.

As a one component adhesive, Supreme 10AOHT offers a convenient no mix formulation, as well as rapid elevated temperatures cures. Typically, the system cures in just 1 hour at 250-300°F. Supreme 10AOHT has a smooth paste consistency, making it easy to apply with a spatula, knife, trowel, brush or paint roller. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents, so shrinkage upon cure is minimal.

In addition to high strength bonds and easy handling, Master Bond Supreme 10AOHT has superior resistance to severe thermal cycling, impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while maintaining the moisture, creep, corrosion and thermal resistance typical of epoxy resin adhesives. This toughened adhesive can also withstand chemicals including water, oil, fuels and most organic solvents even upon prolonged exposures. Its adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood, vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent.

Serviceable in cryogenic conditions and extreme heat up to 400°F, Supreme 10AOHT delivers outstanding performance across a wide range of industries, such as aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer, metalworking, appliance, automotive and chemical processing.
