Engineering Design Show 2017 opens tomorrow

UK design engineers will be gathering at the Ricoh Arena for this year’s Engineering Design Show on 18-19 October to learn about the latest innovations and trends shaping this fast-moving design sector.

Taking place alongside the Electronics and Embedded Design Shows, this two-day event will offer design engineers the chance to gain access to 220+ market leading suppliers and learn about the latest technologies, techniques and strategies employed by experts at the forefront of their field.

Those signed up to speak at the free conference and workshop sessions comprise representatives from some of the UK's most illustrious names, including Lenovo, Williams Advanced Engineering, BAE Systems, Nano-Dimension, the UK Space Agency and Cambridge Consultants.

You'll also gain insider tips and tricks at practical workshops covering topics from wireless technologies available for IoT products, enhanced direct bonding of plastic to metals using plasma technology, and strategies to address EMS issues when designing PCBs.

Plus, back for 2017, the Future Zone features cutting-edge desktop Virtual Reality engineering design systems from Lenovo alongside a 3D PCB printer featuring nanotechnology, and conductive and dielectric inks specifically for PCB designers.
