Parker provide wheels and brakes on multiple aircraft programmes

Parker Aerospace's Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division has been selected to provide FAA TSO-approved calliper style wheels, brakes, and brake system hydraulics on several aircraft programmes, including Diamond Aircraft's DA62; Discovery Aviation's Model 201 and XL-2; and Piper Aircraft's Meridian M600.

"Parker Aerospace is excited to be part of the teams helping to move these great programmes forward for our long-time customers," said Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division business team leader Tom Dorinsky.

Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division has over 75 years of engineering experience in providing brake systems and related hydraulic products to the aviation industry. The company uses advanced materials, including carbon, to ensure lighter weight and braking performance as well as precision tooling and 3D printing in the production of its parts.

Aircraft Wheel & Brake Division general manager Mike Walasinski added, "We are proud to work with Diamond, Discovery, and Piper as they begin production and look forward to providing support throughout the lifetime of these new and exciting aircraft programs."
