An economic dispenser of viscous liquids

UK Flowtechnik has launched the ECO.Pump a range of Beinlich external gear dosing pumps. These robust pumps are said to offer an economical option for liquid dosing applications and are suited to viscous fluids.

The ECO.pump's simple design allows for service reliability and easy disassembly and reassembly for maintenance. The gearing design permits low-pulsation dosing which, coupled with direct entry onto the gear, is said to ensure volumetric efficiency.

These pumps are typically used for dosing resins, polyurethanes, silicones, glues and sealing paints. There are also applications involving dosing of media without fillers, such as: isocyanates, adhesives, silicones, polyols, hotmelts, paints and oils.

The pumps offer displacements from 0.1cc up to 6.0cc per revolution, operating within a temperature range from -30°C to 150°C. All of the pump's components, including the gears, are manufactured from a high-grade stainless steel. The standard shaft seal is Viton with the option of PTFE. However, Beinlich are currently developing the pump in hardened tool steel, so pump life can be prolonged.
