Eaton’s spin-on filters provide superior cleanliness levels for hydraulic systems

Eaton has launched a line of spin-on filters that protect pumps, valves, compressors and hydraulic systems from contamination as per ISO 2941, ISO 3723 and ISO 2942, and are designed to provide one of the highest cleanliness levels for hydraulic systems. They are said to provide trouble-free operation for power generation, oil and gas, construction, forestry, mining and material handling markets.

The spin-on filters feature cartridges that are engineered to fit into many current filter systems. The product line includes a range of sizes, ratings and material for hydraulic, lubrication and other fluid applications. The filters also feature high dirt-holding capacity to ensure consistent filter efficiency and long service life even at high pressures.

Eaton’s spin-on filters are compatible with a variety of mediums such as oils, fuels, emulsions, glycol water and synthetic fluids. They feature cartridge pressure values in 12, 25 and 35bar, flow rates of up to 180 l/min and operate across a temperature range from -25 to 110 °C.
