igus unveils E2.15 energy chain

igus' new E2.15 energy chain is available with three opening options: fully closed link, snap-open on the inner or outer radius and split 'easy chain' principle.

In addition, larger unsupported lengths can be achieved thanks to the improved design of a built-in mechanism that stops each chain link at the predefined bend radius easily and quietly. All igus energy chains are made from maintenance free plastics and the inner contours are smooth and cable friendly, providing reliable and efficient operation.
