The net result is a rather complicated multiphysics problem.
In this webinar, you will see how the Plasma Module, an add-on product to COMSOL Multiphysics, is designed to simplify the process of setting up a self-consistent model of low-temperature plasma. We will discuss the process of modelling a capacitively coupled plasma as well as show examples of inductive, DC, and wave-heated discharges.
