Manufacturing & Engineering to open this week

Hundreds of manufacturers and design engineers will be gathering this week for Manufacturing & Engineering North East at the Metro Radio Arena, Newcastle to discover new manufacturing and engineering techniques and services to take back to their site.

This regional event, taking place across two days from 5-6 July, will offer visitors the chance to gain access to market leading suppliers and learn about the latest technologies, techniques and strategies employed by experts at the forefront of a variety of manufacturing and engineering sectors.

Those signed up to speak at the conference comprise representatives from some of the top manufacturing companies, including Hitachi Rail, Siemens, Bosch Rexroth and the Liberty House Group.

In addition, Autodesk, igus, Proto Labs, Trumpf and ZEISS are just some of the top industry names who will be part of the large-scale exhibition at this North-East event.

New for 2017, visitors can also take part in hands-on demonstrations of the latest Virtual Reality engineering design tools with Virtalis and AMRC, showing visitors how they can give their manufacturing and engineering project a whole new dimension.
