The 2008 British Society for Strain Measurement Conference on Advances in Experimental Mechanics will offer industry and academia the opportunity to present current developments in experimental mechanics at the National Physical Laboratory. Taking place from the 9th to the 11th of September 2008, The conference programme will include a number of opportunities to visit the facilities at NPL - a series of laboratory visits will be organised as part of the conference to showcase some of the leading edge work being carried out.
