New package gives 1.5 axis servo control in minutes

SM-EZMotion is a motion controller that simply plugs into the Unidrive SP with software, therefore taking up no extra cubicle space. With six high speed digital I/O points, as well as seven digital I/O and five analogue I/O that are standard on the Unidrive, the module has its own internal processor and provides 1.5 axis motion, synchronised to a reference encoder. As well as saving space, the new package eliminates the need for extra cabling and reduces the chance of termination errors. And programming takes a matter of minutes since no special training is necessary.
