Two weeks to go until Engineering Materials Live

Engineering Materials Live is just around the corner, and we are looking forward to welcoming design engineers and material suppliers to the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on Thursday 10 May.

A one-day expo, this event has been created to help you find new and innovative ways to solve your design problems and meet the challenges of lightweighting, materials selection, surface preparation and multi-materials joining and assembly.

There will be a series of technical seminars running during the day: Albis will explore the benefits of carbon fibre reinforced thermoplastic compounds; EMS-GRIVORY will share advice on using advanced materials for high-temperature applications; and Plastribution will focus on engineering polymers and their use in injection moulding.

You can view the agenda here.

Beyond these seminars, there will be a busy exhibition hall where visitors can meet new supply chain partners and talk to the UK's leading suppliers of advanced materials about how they can assist you in streamlining your design processes and costs.

Co-located with the FAST Live exhibition, Engineering Materials Live will also offer visitors direct access to experienced application experts in fastening and adhesive technologies.

All pre-registered visitors will also be able to take a free tour of the Motorcycle Museum collection and pick up a complimentary breakfast roll on arrival (if visiting before 10:30am).

You can join us at this free event by pre-registering online.
