Rutland Plastics provides you with finely detailed functional prototypes. These high quality plastic models can be rigorously tested, giving you confidence in the final design before progressing to injection moulding.
Parts are tough enough to withstand machining or drilling and you can add finishing touches such as paint or chrome plate. Materials that can be simulated include ABS, polypropylene, transparent, high temperature and rubber-like materials from Shore 40A to 95A.
