Start-Up of the Year: Archangel Lightworks

Young Design Engineer of the Year: Mohammed Tahir of PRFI

Archangel Lightworks is a specialist in the design, manufacture, repair and calibration of load cells and load monitoring equipment. The judges called it: "Boldly ambitious, Archangel is developing a technologically challenging, but critical, form of advanced telecommunications."

Mohammed Tahir has had a short, but stellar career. The judges were impressed with the speed at which this young engineer was able to engage with highly complex mmWave design concepts.
