The Linear Motion Masterclass - Design day
The Linear Motion Masterclass – which successfully kicked off Eureka's series of Design Days – will run again in 2008.
The event will focus on how linear motion is moving into the realm of high accuracy and precision – thanks in part to ongoing refinements in linear motors and encoders, and materials advances. These changes will help to push linear motion even deeper into applications such as medical devices and machine tools.
The Linear Motion Masterclass 2008 will highlight the latest techniques and technologies, through in-depth presentations and hands-on workshops. Design engineers will learn how to achieve linear motion economically and efficiently – using the most appropriate techniques.
