Safecontractor accredited filter trolleys

MGR Fluid Power has released a range of filter trolleys after having recently been recognised by the Safecontractor Accreditation Scheme, a sign that the business is achieving excellence in health and safety standards in its UK factory.

The filter trolleys are claimed to provide an effective way for hydraulic companies to transferring and cleaning fluid in existing systems. It is estimated that 90% of oil from a drum does not meet the manufacturer’s ISO cleanliness levels for a hydraulic system. MGR’s filter trolley range pre-filters the fluid and minimises the risk of spillage, ensuring that clean fluid is transferred into the reservoir of a hydraulic system, and providing a backup when contamination is discovered.

MGR’s filter trolleys are claimed to provide a constant flow through the filter and are said perform reliably for many years. They feature spin-on, interchangeable filter cans with different micron ratings, and are available from a hand-carried 13l/min to a 40l/min to suit most applications.
