Kate Bellingham graduated with a Degree in Physics from Oxford University and went on to work in Engineering with the BBC. She soon presented the Tomorrow's World Show on BBC. Alongside her role on the show she continued to promote STEM and was President of Young Engineers.

Further into her career Kate achieved a Masters in Electronics then went onto teach, write several books and was National STEM Careers Coordinator for the government. She sat as an ambassador for the Bloodhound SSC scheme where she was able to guide their decisions with her knowledge and experience in STEM.

Kassiani Kolyda is a female Engineer and Founder & CEO of StraDia Coaching, a global company which helps women to start and grow profitable businesses or careers in the corporate industry doing what they are passionate about. At the age of 14 she was running her own jewellery business, designing and selling her own creations. She went on to graduate with a BSc in Control & Computer Engineering and an MSc Digital Signal Processing.

Kassi has over 20 years of international business experience and has held a number of f Senior Executive positions in Business Management Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Training & Development, HR, Organisational Change Management. Companies she has worked with range from British Telecom to KDD Europe. In addition to her corporate work she has also worked on projects for the European Union and advised on the committee for European mentoring and coaching standards.
