Designed for use in steel processing plants, lumber mills and power generation sites, the RT4 employs a synchronous serial interface, meaning that data transfer is less susceptible to the presence of electro-magnetic interference.
The RT4's IP68-rated enclosure protects against liquid ingress and its detached electronics can be mounted up to 600mm away from the sensing environment allowing the electronics to be kept further from sources of potential harm. The sensor rod and interconnection cables operate within a wide temperature range up to 100°C.
